Earth Works’ Build-a-Pond Workshop.
If you have ever considered adding natural sights and sounds of a water
feature to your yard but aren’t quite sure where to begin, this workshop is
for you. Whether you are an experienced do-it-yourselfer or novice
gardener this program will give you the basic understanding of pond
building and the confidence to add one to your garden.
The workshop leader, you, and the others will work together to build a
pond. We will cover the 20 steps to building a natural looking pond and
demonstrate how simple the process can be. We will guide you step-bystep
through the time-proven method of pond building. The hands-on
seminar focuses on general design, trouble shooting, and time-saving tips
that have been perfected over the years. Upon completion, you will have a
good working knowledge of the pond system and the function of its’ main
components. Most importantly, you will understand how to create your
own pond beautifully, efficiently, and naturally.
Date: Saturday, February 27th
Time: 9:00 a.m. until –usually takes 4 to 5 hours to complete a pond. Lunch
is included in the program.
Cost: $20.00 (can go toward any pond supply purchase of $300.00 or more)
